I am trying to sublease my one/one for the spring and summer. This one/one is a short 🚶 walk to campus and midtown about 4 blocks. Furniture and utilities are not included and a guarantor is required. Good news if you don’t have furniture I have some that I am willing to sell you. Rent is a month.
