College Park has been home to the Florida Faithful for generations and continues to be where Gator memories are made. Two blocks from midtown and a couple of steps to campus, they carry on the tradition of Walking in the bustling heart of UF.
They are Pet Friendly with weight restrictions of up to 80 pounds. There are 97 different Floor Plans at College Park, ranging from studios to a 7 bedroom house, guaranteeing that we will have something that fits your needs and your four legged friends. Utilities included in rent: trash collection, pest control, and 24-hour maintenance. Water and sewer is also included in select buildings.
