Rent is a month plus about $ for utilities the unit is a standard and my roommates are great 🎇clean and keep to them selves. The gym and 🏊 pool is great and the unit comes with a washer/dryer, I am only trying to sublease because I have to move back home and help out my parents so I’m trying to sublease ASAP.
