Bivens South is a waterfront condo community close by UF (on bus Route). This is not your normal student community, while many students live here, the neighborhood is very diverse. The best feature at Bivens South is that it backs up to Bivens Arms Lake and the related national reserve.

Being a condo community, Bivens South has many different owners, which means pricing, maintenance, pet policy, and other terms vary greatly. So, pick your landlord wisely....
