Hi! I am graduating this semester and subleasing my 1/1 in a 2/2 for Spring and Summer at th Street Apartments (aka University House). The sublease ends on 8/8 so you can stay until Summer B/C ends unlike many other apartment complexes. The apartment is about a 7 minute 🚶 walk from campus and a 5 minute 🚶 walk to Publix and Target. It is fully furnished and has a big closet. The apartment has a 🏊 pool, gym, hammock area, and printers available. Parking is included in the price. Contact me if you have any questions!
