Hey 👨 guys, I&#;m looking to sublease my room at the Station Alafaya for the summer (starting may 1st and ending July st) its a 4X4 on the 🏊 pool with private bedroom and bathroom, with 3 other 👨 maleroommates.
The rent is $ plus utilities per month. I got a a job out of state and have to move asap, if you take over the lease before may 1st when rent is due id be willing to give one month of rent ($) to you upfront once the station tells me you&#;ve taken over the lease officially.
