Hello! I am subleasing my room in a 4x4 layout at The Marquee. The monthly price of $ would include your own room and bathroom. There is a full size kitchen, washer and dryer, cable, 🌊 water, and there is no cap on 💡electricity. The Marquee has a 🏊 pool, gym, clubhouse, and parking garage. There is no fee for parking. They also offer a 🚍 shuttle service to and from 💛 UCF, which is directly across the street from The Marquee! If you have any questions about the layout feel free to ask. I took photos on a 🚶 walk through tour while I was there, but I am unable to upload them here. However, I can always email them! I have not been notified of who my roommates are or which apartment I am in. I am subleasing due my classes moving online due to Covid-. I am no longer in need of this apartment since I will be staying home. There is also a fee for subleasing that I am more than willing to help out with!
