I am subleasing my room at The Bloc, from January 1st to the end of July, as I am moving back to Norway. I have already paid for June and July, so you will only have to pay for January to May. The room is $ a month, so you will save $. Two other roommates are also subleasing, if you want to move in with friends. The floorplan is called Townhouse A, which is a three floor housing, with 4 rooms in it. The bedroom is furnished, and has a private bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet. There is a lot of storage space, and big windows. There is a premium cable📺 tv package and wired and wireless high-speed internetincluded.
The Bloc is a great off-campus student housing with 🚶 walking distance to Walmart and Texas Tech University. There is a resort-style 🏊 pool with sun deck and cabanas, BBQ-areas, a rooftop lounge, -hour fitness center and more! It is a great place to live for students.
