Great area and the management is amazing; always ⌚timely on maintenance requests, easy to get ahold of, and overtly pleasant to deal with. Flat rate utilityfee so no dealing with the city at all! The unit has no neighboring units minus the one below it, in great shape, full washer/dryer in unit, 🚶 walk in closet, and a balcony. Unfurnished, 🐕 pets accepted w/additional fee, no tow parking/always get to park in front of unit, 🏊 pool/gym/dog park/office, and a parcel locker so you have access to packages after office hours. Lease ends in July.
