Hi!! I am looking for someone to sublet my room in a 3x3 unit at The Lodge in San Marcos, Texas. I have 2 other roommates that occupy the unit. They are very chill roommates, and their rooms are located down a hallway. So, my room is the furthest away from my roommates. 👩 female tenants are preferred.
I’ve decided to complete school remotely at home, but I ❤️loved living at The Lodge. The Lodge is a 🌉 gated community about 7 minutes away from campus, and there is a Texas State 🚍 bus route that runs through the community. Internet and cable are included in the rent, 🌊 water and 💡electricity are not. However, amenities are newly renovated and free to use! Amenities include: a gym, Clubhouse with computer access and printer, a resort style 🏊 pool, 🐕 pet friendly with a dog park, a basketball court and a sand volleyball court.
The Lodge is currently under new management, so there are a lot of new renovations to the amenities as well as the unit.
I am in dire need to get someone to take over my lease. I am willing to offer one month of free rent!! Please contact me via email or text if you are interested!!
