Howdy, I have a 2x2 at University Square Apartments (half a mile from north campus) for around (rent is listed as $ on their website currently though). Me and my roommate signed our lease but the apartment is letting us relet to 2 people, basically we hand over the rights to the apartment lease and all. This is all done through the apartment. If you&#;re still interested let me know. The reason we&#;re doing this is because we have another friend that just got recently accepted and we&#;re trying to room with him instead. A good plus for this apartment is that it&#;s HALF A MILE FROM NORTH CAMPUS!
