Current roommate is very nice and is a dear friend of mine. The room is sq. ft and is $ a month. Only fee due before move in is $ Utilityfee. There are utilityfees per month but about $ max. I am reletting this room so once you sign the lease, it is yours completely (I will be out of the picture) and the sooner the better! 🐕 pets are okay and there is parking. It&#;s a 5 min 🚶 walk from campus and right next to North🌉 gate. It is a very convenient spot for a convenient price. Other places for two bedroom are general $ a month. This place is also fully furnished and comes with a flat screen 📺 tv in the living room. It comes with a twin XL bed and a desk. It is on university drive so you have access to everything!
