Howdy! I am looking for someone to take my lease for a private bedroom and bathroom in Park West Towers 2x2. All utilities are included in the rent and there are 5 🚌 bus stops that take you to campus, but it is also very close to campus if you choose to drive. There are many 🏊 pools, gyms, and game rooms available as well as a cafe with 🍕 food/coffee and a mini market that has saved my life a few ⌚times when I needed something quick and only had to 🚶 walk less than 5 minutes to the mini market. I have lived here for the past 2 years and have ❤️loved it and had a lot of fun, but my roommate is graduating in December so I want to experience living somewhere new for my senior year of college, therefore I am trying to get someone to relet for me and take over my lease.
