I have a 1bed 1bath - sq.ft apartment , i moved in to this apartment 2 months ago and because of my work , i am having to move out of town. I am planning to sub lease this apartment. This apartment is near to 💚 USF. Publix , Walmart , Patel Brothers , Taaza Mart and lot of 🍔 restaurants are within mile radius. I am planning on moving out in the month of May and can sub-lease in June/July. I signed a month lease and it is valid until March and can be extended beyond as well.
