I will be doing an engineering Co-op in Georgia for the fall Semester and won’t be needing my room in a 4bed/4bath apartment in the Flats until the Spring. Ideally I’m looking for someone who plans to not be in Knoxville for the Spring semester, whatever their circumstance may be. As for the room itself, the full XL bed and massive closet massive really help you to never feel cramped. The kitchen has a full size ⛄ fridge, ☢ microwave, oven, cooktop, and dishwasher, all of which are new and in perfect functioning condition! Near the entryway is the in-unit washer and dryer. Located on the river (which is visible from the living room), it is an easy 🚶 walk, 🚴 bike, or drive to campus and is also close to several grocerystores and 🍔 restaurants. 🌉 gated, reserved garage parking is available for an additional $.
