I graduated from UNC Law in and rented my house out to five undergraduate students the past year after moving from Chapel Hill.
The house will be again available to lease starting this summer (dates can be variable depending on your needs -- as early as June). The price is affordable and can be negotiated based on how many students will be living in the home.
The house is a two story, 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home with ample parking for as many cars as needed. There is a large fenced in backyard, and large back porch attached to the house.
The house also comes partially furnished--if the furniture is wanted.
The home is off of Ephesus Church Road, down the street from the Trader Joes. It is a short drive, 🚴 bike, or 🚍 bus to campus.
