It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished apartment. The rent is $ not including utilities. Also, the apartment is on the top floor so you don’t have to deal with any noise above you. For parking, there is a UTK parking spot area right next to Aspen that I paid $ for the full year, both semesters, instead of paying the monthly fee that Aspen Heights offers. It was just a way to save 💰money on my end but I get it if that’s not your preference! Also, there is a CVS right under🎇neath Aspen that is open until midnight so it’s always nice to be able to 🚶 walk down and grab stuff late at night. You are also on the strip (Cumberland Ave.) which is the main road that leads to campus. It’s also fully furnished including a 📺 tv so you don’t have to worry about that. It also has a 🏊 pool and workout facility. The move in-date is negotiable if the date is too late or too early. Let me know if you have any more questions!
