I am a graduate student who is graduating in May, and my current sublet just fell through. I am looking for someone to sublet my room for the last two months of my lease. My apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment at Poplar Place in Carrboro, and it&#;s on the 2nd floor. You would have the master bedroom, with windows facing trees, and your own bathroom. The room would be unfurnished, but my roommate owns some furniture and kitchen supplies for the common area. We&#;re in a nice location with a balcony that views a wooded area and there are several safe neighborhoods around, where you can go on 🚶 walks. It&#;s right next to two different 🚌 bus stops, which have busses running to UNC campus and the Chapel Hill area daily. It takes about minutes to get to campus driving (~3miles) and on the 🚌 bus (depending on the day and traffic). The complex also has a 🏊 pool, which is nice during the summer. You would be sharing the apartment with my current roommate, who is a masters student and is 🎇clean and courteous. Message me if you&#;re interested!
