The base rent is $/month (+$ for WiFi & $ for renters insurance) I have 3 other roommates they are pretty chill we all keep to ourselves and are very tidy. The area is very convenient; just minutes away from all your favorite stores like Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Kroger & the Epps Bridge Shopping Centre on Oconee Connector.
