The apartment is in a beautiful 🌉 gated complex which features a 🏊 pool, sporting courts, a gym, 🍔 grills, and a study room. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom in the 4x4 unit. The leasing is individual so you would only ever be responsible for your portion of the rent. The rent also includes all utilities, parking, and insurance so there would be no surprise fees! Additionally, I am willing to give whoever sublets for me $ to help bring the monthly rent down to $!
The apartment itself is fully furnished with black leather couches, dining rooms tables, a bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, dresser, and night stand. The apartment also features in-unit laundry in a large laundry room. Each room is spacious with large closets that have mirrors on each sliding door. The apartment gets a lot of light. Roommate wise, the complex uses an app called RoomSync so you can choose your roommates based on like preferences prior to moving in!
