Hi! I&#;m moving out this July and am looking for a new occupant for this room. It&#;s a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a super nice complex called The Pointe at Chapel Hill (The Pointe at Chapel Hill | Luxury Apartments in Chapel Hill, NC).
The complex is minutes from the UNC campus using NS bus(free), minutes from the Duke campus and 5 minutes from the interstate(I-). It is within 🚶 walking distance to day care and Timberlyne shopping center. It’s a nice, quiet area with good neighbors. There’s also plenty of free parking on site.
My room has been renovated and is 🎇clean. It’s a large apartment with a living room, kitchen, balcony and porch. It includes a washer and dryer. Complex amenities such as fitness center, tennis court, and 🏊 pool are available. The service response for repairs is prompt.
It is 🐕 pet friendly, but we have never had 🐕 pets and we have never smoked. Also, we spent all ⌚time with our shoes off, so the carpets are very 🎇clean.
The schools in district are Seawell Elementary, Smith Middle, and East Chapel Hill High. They are great and I recommend them to anyone who is raising children.
Rent is negotiable depending on when you move in. If you wish, I can leave furnitures for you (📺 tv, 📺 tv stand, dining table, PC table, PC chair). Please look at the other pictures if you&#;re interested.
