The room listed is on the first floor. The original monthly lease payment was $ but since you will be taking over my renewal lease, you will start out at $ a month, plus an extra $ credit that can be used towards the rent. You have to pay for the room you are renting only and the common areas which are split between all of the roommates living here. My average monthly utility cost was around $-$ a month. 🌊 water, trash, internet, and cable are included in the lease. The house is fully furnished and the room comes with a queen size bed, a nightstand, desk, and dresser.
