Campus Palms is a very calm and peaceful community. The complex is 🌉 gated and there is access to many amenities, such as their newly renovated clubhouse and their hour gym and study room. There are also two swimming 🏊 pools for residents to use and a side🚶 walk around the whole community for going on 🚶 walks. Campus Palms is also 🐕 pet friendly!
The apartment itself is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that is fully furnished, and includes appliances such as a ⛄ refrigerator, ⛽gas stove, ☢ microwave, dishwasher, sink/disposal, -inch Flatscreen 📺 tv, and washer/dryer machines which are located outside on the apartment’s private patio. Rent is by the bedroom, so you are responsible for your own rent. Bedroom is approximately sqft, comes furnished with bed (mattress & bed frame), dresser, night stand, desk w/office chair, and closet. Access to bathroom within the bedroom.
Utilities such as 💡electricity, ⛽gas, 🌊 water, valet trash, cable, and internet (Wi-Fi) are provided free of charge. 💡electricity bill is covered up to $ per bedroom, but overages hardly ever occur, and if they do, the overage is split with your roommate. Parking is also includedfree of charge in campus palms. Campus Palms staff is very friendly and responsive. Any issues reported to staff are taken care of within the same day or the following day. /7 emergency maintenance is included. Visitor parking is also included on the complex.
One other roommate in apartment. They are a 👨 male. He is very friendly and easygoing. Currently, he is living back with his family at home, and only comes once a week to do his work study, so most of the ⌚time the apartment is to yourself!
