Looking for someone to take over my lease for August 1st. -July st,
I was able to sign at the cheapest price ($ not including utilities) that the complex offers. The Thompson has many great amenities like a gym, basketball court, and a large sized 🏊 pool! The rooms are very spacious while having a private bathroom and a 🚶 walk in closet. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished as well. The complex is only 4 minutes away from campus and is right next to a 🚌 bus stop for those trying to get to campus!
Please let me know ASAP if you are willing to take over my lease for the upcoming year!
