I have an ongoing lease at Park at Athens Lakeside, but will be moving back home for family reasons. Rather than letting my room sit empty, I am looking for someone to take over my lease. This won&#;t introduce any additional costs to you, and you&#;d only be paying for the months that you&#;d have the lease (January thru July). It is an individual lease, which means you will not have any additional rent or liability if the other roommate decides to move out.
The apartment is a 2bed/1bath that comes pre-furnished, including a FULL XL bed. Never knew how much I wanted a Full XL bed until I had this one! It has a shared bathroom (with privacy locks). Only the toilet and shower are shared, so you&#;ll have your sink and mirror to yourself in the room. There is already another roommate, so you won&#;t have to worry about finding one. He is a kind person that doesn&#;t have friends over and only ever works in his room, cooks, or goes out.
The unit has a parking lot in front and behind it, so you&#;ll always have plenty of parking. Honestly never had an issue finding a spot. Washer and dryer are provided *in unit*. There&#;s also an attached balcony which my roommate has redone into a super cozy space.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
