I have a room at the Millennium One Apartments, near UNCC. I am looking for someone to take over my lease which ends in July . January rent is already paid.
I live in a private bedroom with a private bathroom in 4 bedrooms/ 4 bathrooms on the third floor of the residence. The rate is locked at $ per month and all the utilities are included (Electric Allowance: $). Awesome management service and great amenities (including a gym, 🏊 pool, free parking, and much more)!
My roommates (all 👨 male students at UNCC) are super 🎇clean and awesome, and I really ❤️love living here, but I had to move for my job.
