You will get the $ gift card that I would have gotten. Theres nothing wrong with the place. Quite spacious and everyone has their own bathroom and rooms. Common areas are shared. Laundry is in the apartment. I just want to live closer to some friends I made at Texas State. Still going btw. Lets see for rent utilities is what you use I&#;ve personally been between $ a month for all of them. You can 🚶 walk to class with the 🏆best parking spot. You always have parking.. idk why but most people like to park on the lower levels. Staff is friendly. Lease is months long. Please contact me if you want my place. -
