Hi i am a 💚 USF student and am subleasing my apartment at the retreat. the apartment is unit A ( on the first floor) and I have 2 roommates (both 👩 female). it is a 3/3.5. The rent is $ a month and there is additional one ⌚time charge of $ because of an early move fee. I have lived in this neighborhood for a year now and its a really great place to live!
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
