I am subletting a bedroom in a 5 bedroom apartment at The Avenue, San Marcos. Each room has a personal bathroom and a 🚶 walk-in closet, all rooms are fully furnished. Only two roommates live there currently, but one is in another city indefinitely and the other is not there often. Other than that, the current roommates are super kind and keep to themselves, so if you&#;re looking for more of a social apartment, this is not for you. It is an ALL 👩 girl APARTMENT with SEPARATE LEASES, so when people move out, it will not effect you. Below is a graphic I made that includes all amenities, photos and more contact information. The lease ends early August, so this is perfect for those of you who want to stay in San Marcos for summer classes or for personal reasons!
