I live in a 3 Bedroom apartment, each a private room with a private bathroom. My room is alone on the second floor of the townhouse style apartment and has a lot of privacy. One bedroom in the apartment is vacant, so there&#;s you will only have one roommate who is very quiet, 🎇clean, and overall very nice 👨 guy. So there&#;s a ton of space and privacy for only two people. I also have an underground parking spot available that I can transfer to you for $/month.
The Marshall has awesome amenities and is a dog friendly apartment. There&#;s court yards that have 🍔 grills and an outdoor volleyball court. There&#;s an indoor basketball court, 🏊 pool, gym, and cardio machines. It&#;s located in the middle of Dinkytown close to bars, 🍔 restaurants, and UMN campus.
