Cheap room is available in an ideal apartment complex (Laurel Ridge)! All genders and identities welcome. Only a 5-minute 🚌 bus ride (J-line which runs every mins during peak hours), 8-minute 🚴 bike ride, or -minute 🚶 walk to campus.
Current residents include two 👩 female UNC grad students. Rent is only $/month (plus 1/3 of utilities, usually around $). Preferred move-in date is May or early June but we may be able to be flexible about this - especially if you want to move in earlier, or if we can find a sublessee to take the room until you&#;re ready to move in. Neither of the current roommates has 🐕 pets or 🐕 pet allergies (though past roommates have had 🐕 pets, so please let us know if you have 🐕 pet allergies) so we would ❤️love to welcome your furry friend to join our ❤️lovely apartment.
It&#;s at Laurel Ridge Apartments, which has a 🏊 pool, tennis court, ample off-street parking (free guest parking), and a package pickup location. The townhome is a corner unit with 2 floors (no one above or below us) and quiet neighbors. Downstairs the apartment features a large kitchen, two dining rooms, a large living room, a half bath, and an in-apartment washer and dryer. Upstairs houses all three bedrooms and the two full bathrooms.
