Summary: This is a 1 bed and 1 bath offer within a 2x2 apartment. The apartment complex is very quiet and peaceful despite being located right behind north🌉 gate, so it is right next to lots of 🍕 food, 🍺drinks, and the Texas A&M campus. I can get to almost any classroom within a minute 🚶 walk. My current roommate is a Ph.D student and he 🚶 walks to class everyday. The apartment is furnished so you dont have to worry about buying furniture.
Features of the Apartment: The pictures I posted make the room seem smaller than it actually is, I dont know why. The room is by no means spacious, but it is essentially the size of 2 regular dorm size rooms. The bathroom, however, is hella spacious, and so is the closet. If you are a lady, hey even a dude like me with lots of clothes, then youll ❤️love all the space. I really dont know why they decided to make the closet so spacious tbh. The kitchen is great to cook in (I cook every day and have no issues). The entire apartment is furnished and comes with a -inch 📺 tv as well as high speed internet (I clock in around megabytes/second on my console and laptop).
Features of the Apartment Complex: You get an assigned parking space within a parking garage located directly under🎇neath the apartment. There is a fitness center which admittedly is not the most well equipped, but as long as you dont need a bench press or something like that then you can get % of your workouts done here. I usually lift here 4 days of the week and then go to the student rec center on campus to do bench press, squat, etc. A 🏊 pool is located right by the fitness center and no one ever goes to it over the summer. It is super nice to bring out a bluetooth speaker and listen to some tunes 🏊 poolside. There is also a study center with a free printer and free access to a couple desktops. Finally, there is a coffee bar that is of surprising quality.
Utilities: You only need to pay 💡electricity. Everything else is taken care of by the apartment complex. There is also a washer/dryer unit in the unit.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
