This is a FULLY FURNISHED 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment, but I am currently the only person living there. So, you will be living in a four bedroom apartment with no other roommates! If you&#;re a 👩 girl, you can request that the office only puts other 👩 girls in the other three rooms if they get leased in the future, or if you&#;re a 👨 guy vice-versa.
The carpet JUST got replaced on October 8th, so you&#;ll be moving into a nice, 🎇clean place :)
This apartment is on the third floor, so you won&#;t have to deal with upstairs neighbors, excessive outside noise, and the view on the balcony is pretty nice.
This apartment has cable and wifiincluded (the only bill you&#;ll pay besides rent is 💡electricity which usually runs around $ a month), and it is on the Texas State 🚌 bus route! There are washing/drying machines in the apartment, and there is also a nice dog park right by my building, so you can take your 🐕 pet to play there if you have one! Other amenities include hot tub, three 🏊 pools, a 🕶️ tanning bed, a game room, and study rooms as well :)
I am willing to help you out with $ off of November&#;s rent if we do this before the end of October.
