Hello! I am renting the second bedroom in my 2/2. The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom being rented. W/D in the apartment. Complex has -hr gym, 🏊 pool, and basketball court. Quiet community and well-maintained. I have a cat, so please no additional 🐕 pets. I&#;m allergic to cigarette smoke, so the person must be a non-smoker. no drugs please. I work full-⌚time and am a full-⌚time student. I 🎇clean up after myself and ask my roommate to do the same. The apartment complex requires all residents to pass a background check. I had a roommate lined up but she had to back out due to her house not selling. I am looking for someone who can move in ASAP.
