If you have a pet, this location has no BREED RESTRICTIONS and we have already paid the 🐕 pet deposit so you can move in 🐕 pet for free. There will still be a dollar per month 🐕 pet fee charge. We are not asking for any security deposit either so to move in you will only have to pass a background screening conducted by the apartment complex and sign over the lease into your name. The first month rent will be pro-rated based on move in date.
