I transferred schools so I&#;m looking to sublet my apartment in Raleigh!
I have two roommates, they&#;re very quiet and they stay in their rooms. They&#;re very 🎇clean and they don&#;t like to make messes. Its a 4 bedroom apartment but there is no fourth roommate assigned.
The bedroom has a bed, a desk, a chair, and a mirrored closet. Each bedroom has it&#;s own personal bathroom! There is a washer and dryer inside the unit.
The apartment complex has a 🏊 pool, a basketball court, a business center, a gym, a yoga room, a clubhouse, and weekly events. I live right across from visitors parking if you want to have guests over.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
