However if you want to do a year contract you can and will be $. Rent is $ for a short contract furnished with all utilitiesincluded. It’s a 4 bedroom apartment with private bath. Nice apartment complex with a great 🏊 pool and gym! They have free🚌 shuttles to NCSU that is literally 7 minutes from the complex and minutes from Downtown Raleigh. For right now there are just 2 more 👩 girls living there and they are very sweet and 🎇clean. But most of the ⌚time you don’t even see them because they are always working.
