I&#;m studying abroad for the spring school semester and am hoping to sublease out my room at University Village starting January until around May-June! It is a furnishedprivate bedroom and private bathroom (with a 🚶 walk-in closet!). It&#;s only ~ minute drive to NC State Central Campus and closer to ~5 minutes to Centennial Campus. Rent is ~$ per month, which includes all utilities, parking, and renters insurance fees.
I live with three other amazing 👩 girls who are super sweet and excited to welcome in a new roommate! They enjoy keeping the days during the week quiet and dedicated to school, but ❤️love going out with friends, or having 🎥 movie nights with the roomies during the weekends! Keeping the place 🎇clean is important, so we&#;re hoping we can find someone with similar values :)
