I am renting a private room with a 🚶 walk in closet and private bathroom. The room comes partially furnished with a bed frame, desk, and small dresser. There will be 3 👩 femaleroommates and 2 cats living in the unit, so ideally a 👩 femaleroommate with no pets would take over this lease. Amenities include a 🏊 pool, gym, basketball court, sand volleyball court etc. Attached is an image of the floor plan for the unit, the room available is on the second floor and is the top left room in the floor plan.
