The Standard is an apartment building that is right near NC State&#;s campus. The Standard includes amenities such as a 🏊 pool, a hot tub, a fully furnishedgym, a computer lab, private courtyards, and multiple study rooms. The utilities are covered in with the rent charge. The apartment has its own washer and dryer, own bathroom, and 📺 tv. My roommates are really chill and they are trying to find people for sublease too.
