1. The Proper (formerly Vie at Raleigh) is one of the premier student housing complexes by NCSU. There is a community Shuttle which goes between The Proper and NCSU (around every 30 min).

2. At The Proper you can get utilities included in rent and room by room renting (electric, water, Internet, and cable). Be careful with the roommate matching though, need to always make sure it is the right fit.

3. There are a good number of Layouts to pick with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms. More rooms means more friends and a lower rate.
