The Greens is located on NCSU's Centennial Campus. You can only match this location with dorms. That said, The Greens is not student focused. Given the location you will find a large number of students, but due to the Luxury features and associated price the community is clearly targeting young professionals working on Centennial Campus. There are studio, one, and two bedroom apartments, all with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and Washer and Dryer. There is the option to have your apartment completely Furnished, which is clearly targeted at corporate housing.
