Hey everyone! Long story short, I need someone to take over my lease for the last two months of July and August. After August if you wanted to stay you would have to talk to the landlord and sign a new year long lease, but if you wanted to leave and go elsewhere you could do that. I just have two months remaining on my lease and would ❤️love if someone could take it over! It’s a furnished room in a 4 BD/4BA. The price is $ a month which includes everything!
