Kensington Park is located right on the NCSU Wolfline's Avent Ferry bus Route. A fairly large apartment complex, Kensington Park has the original section and a newer section (still relatively old compared to other places). There are one, two, and three bedroom apartments to pick from with a large number of layout options.
Kensington Park is made up of almost all NCSU Students, so you can definitely feel the college atmosphere. With the green space it does have a different feel than some of the newer complexes like College Inn where many people are packed in a small area.
