Ivy Commons is located within Walking distance to, NCSU's Centennial Campus (Southwest Raleigh) and also on the ShuttleRoute. There are not many amenities in the community, but the landscaping and brick buildings are fairly attractive. Ivy Commons offers one of the best one bedroom options close to NCSU. The other floor plan is for two bedrooms at around 1000 sqft and includes Washer and Dryer.
