Located right off Avent Ferry Road, Colonial Arms provides a quick walk to NC State's Centennial Campus. It is also near the bus Routes though having a car is no problem because parking space is the envy of the town.
Almost all of the units are made up of 2 bedroom 1.5 bath units. Being two stories, you have the living areas and half bath downstairs, then the bedrooms and full bath upstairs. There are a very few one bedrooms in Colonial Arms, and due to the low number you will rarely see them open for rent.
There are no fancy amenities, but with two fairly large bedrooms Colonial Arms is one of the most affordable NCSU Apartments around....
