Avery Close has a wonderful location right by NCSU Centennial Campus (Southwest Raleigh). If you are an engineering, textile, computer science or other major with many classes at Centennial you are within Walking distance. There is also the Wolfline Shuttle to get to all parts of campus. You will find one of the largest 2 bedroom apartments around NCSU at Avery Close (1160 sqft). Some of the units are two story townhome style with 2.5 bathrooms and the others are single story garden style with 2 bathrooms (see pictures for Layouts).
Community features at Avery Close include; Pool, assigned parking, recycling.
As Avery Close is set-up as individual condos there are many different owners within the community. Because of this prices and quality of service can vary. Wilson Property Management (919-856-9188) has a person in the clubhouse, manages the Home Owners Association, and manages the majority of units (but for sure is not the only option). Wilson Property Management as well as many individual owners rent to students without a Social Sec number.
Avery Close was built in 1984-85, but appears much newer given the shape of the artificial stucco exterior.
