White Columns Hall is located within Walking distance to the northern part of UGA campus, right in the Athens Downtown area. It is also located on the Athens bus Route, making a car-free life possible. There is one three story building with 88 one bedroom, one bath apartments. All utilities are included except for electricity, which isn't a big thing as the stove, oven, and water heater are gas.
White Columns Hall is not Pet Friendly, which makes sense given it is a bunch of one bedroom apartments in one large building.
If you don't want to worry about a roommate, or having to drive from place to place, just want to study and live a relaxed life, White Columns Hall could be for you....
