Sep 2019: This is the worst place I have ever lived in. When I moved in the unit was not clean and there were push pins on the carpet floor indicating that it had not been properly cleaned. The dryer did not work, they gave me the wrong mailbox key and there were no screens on the windows (I live on the first floor). The washer was also faulty because it flooded the kitchen. I called the “24 hour emergency maintenance†and almost 24 hours later no one has come resulting in the water leaking into my bedroom and my carpet has been soaked since the washer flooded. Invest your money elsewhere, do not stay here. Apr 2017: During my tour of University Landing the hiring manager was very rude and sarcastic. She did not even have a clean room for me to look at, there only was an office, which was cluttered and messy. This is very unappealing and unprofessional to not have a show room for potential clients to look at. I'm sure these are decent apartments to live in, but unfortunately I cannot do business with rude managers. If the person was rude then and I haven't even brought the place yet, I can only imagine how bad it would be to actually live here and need assistance. Review from Google
