I would like to find someone to takeover / sublet the rest of my lease, which ends on December . The apartment is a square-foot studio on the top floor (7th) of the Nine Midtown mid-rise building. The rent is $ per month plus a $ parking fee. The utilities are usually around $ per month, excluding cable and internet. I would like to find someone to takeover the lease as soon as possible, so it is available from now until December .
The lease takeover could be a great option for someone looking for something short term during these uncertain ⌚times. The shortest term offered by the building for new tenants is usually 9 months, so this ~4 month takeover / sublet could also be a great opportunity to test the Nine building.
Although I am moving home due to a job change, the apartment has been great for me and has a fantastic location. It is just 1.5 blocks to Publix, across the street from the Midtown MARTA station, and only a ten-minute 🚶 walk to Piedmont Park.
The unit has quartz countertops, a kitchen tile backsplash, a ⛽gas range, a full size in-unit washer and dryer, a spacious bathroom with a standalone shower, a 🚶 walk-in closet, a Nest smart thermostat, and a balcony.
The building amenities offered by Nine include a /7 concierge, an 8th floor sky deck and 🏊 pool, a 1/2 acre private park with a dog run and secluded 🍔 grilling areas, and Google Fiber-ready connections that support gigabit internet speeds.
